The online college degree program is designed around a cohort structure, meaning that candidates remain in their respective cohorts from the beginning of the online graduate education degree program until graduation.
At Indiana Wesleyan University the Online Masters of Education Degree Program is an eighteen-month online-learning experience where learners acquire academic and spiritual skills entirely online. No campus visits are required for this online college degree program. Students are cordially invited to attend graduation but their presence is not mandatory. The thirty-six semester hour advanced teaching degree online program incorporates thirty-semester hours of required online college classes through IWU's innovative online education degree program and six hours of elective credits that may be taken through IWU or transferred in from another regionally accredited university or college.

Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems
The BSBIS Online college degree program prepares adult professionals for the middle ground in today's business environment, one that requires a technical orientation in combination with the ability to interpret information to management. The online college degree program focus is on helping students understand how to handle information systems, evaluate information and alternatives and then disseminate the results and recommendations effectively. The BIS curriculum will give the student a basic foundation in technical areas such as networking, programming languages (Visual Basic programming, Java programming, and web application development/HTML programming), and database. Students will also develop the appropriate business and personal skills to prepare them for that middle ground.
Bachelor of Science in Management

The cutting edge online education curriculum of the BSM program combines biblical values, management theory--in such areas as human resources management, total quality management, international business, and human resources development--and the insights and perspectives of its faculty and students.
To earn the BSM online college degree, you need a total of 124 semester hours of course work:
- 40-core BSM semester hours (must be taken from IWU)
- 30-core general education semester hours (may be transferred in)
- 54-elective semester hours (may be transferred in)
